About This Project

Stephen Boruff, AIA Architects + Planners, Inc. teamed with Western Devcon Inc. out of San Diego and the Stellar Group out of Jacksonville to pursue the Jacksonville VA Outpatient Clinic project. As members of this Design Build Team, SBA has developed a conceptual design from the design criteria set forth by the VA. Encompassing 100,000 square feet of clinic space, the facility will house a full spectrum of outpatient care including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Cardiology, Audiology, Outpatient Surgery, Mental Health, an Eye Clinic, Podiatry, Dermatology, Dental, Substance Abuse, Rehabilitation, Nuclear Medicine and an Imaging Center.
