About This Project

The Cafeteria Addition & Exterior Renovation significantly increases the level of service available to Hospice by the Sea. In addition to a new cafeteria and commercial grade kitchen space, a new porte cochere and second floor office space have been planned. A new 3000 square feet courtyard, generously landscaped with tropical plants, offers a variety of public and private spaces, screens patient rooms from the public spaces and acts as the heart of the facility, a place for reflection or a place to sit down with family.
