Jupiter Medical Center – Rita and Burt Tansky Concierge Suites

About This Project

Due to the increased demand for high quality healthcare services, Jupiter Medical Center initiated Concierge Medicine that provides patients access to a dedicated nurse as well as a concierge coordinator who works to coordinate seamless care throughout the patient’s stay.  The Jupiter Medical Center staff of registered nurses are experienced and highly trained to care for the patients’ specific needs.

As part of the new 5-story Bed Tower Addition at Jupiter Medical Center, Stephen Boruff, Architects + Planners, Inc. was commissioned to provide full architectural and engineering services for the Rita and Burt Tansky Concierge Suites.  Located on the top floor of the new addition, the 10,000 square foot, seven bed unit provides patients with luxurious and hotel style accommodations during their stay.  Amenities designed to provide comfort and a healing environment include:

• Large private suite-style rooms with natural lighting from oversized windows.
• Private rooms with Murphy beds so family members can spend the night.
• Use of warm, stress-reducing colors and tones to create a secure environment.
• Temperature and lighting controls in each room.
• Acoustic control features that diminish noise levels.
