About This Project

The services of Stephen Boruff, AIA Architects + Planners, Inc. have been retained by INDEX Investment Group to be the “Architect-of-Record” for the 14,800 square foot, two-story mixed-use building located on the Jupiter Inlet, with sweeping views of the historic Jupiter Lighthouse. Developed by INDEX Investments, the building was constructed utilizing a negotiated contract based on design documents generated by Glidden Spina Architects. The building is home to the INDEX Investment offices and 1000 NORTH, Palm Beach County’s No. 1 restaurant.
